She is having fever since 3 days and did a blood test for platelet count . its result is 173. is it a dangerous range???

Why on earth did you get this test done??? Levels above 40,000 are safe. It's simple viral infection,common at this age,and ALL blood cells get depressed in viral fever! Just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required,she'll be fine in 3-7 days.
