Muscle spasm and weight gain

Hi, I just had my cervical spine x-ray done and figured I've muscle spasm. Does that mean I can't exercise regularly? Also, I've gained 5 kg weight in just a year, is it normal or a matter of concern? My weight was 50kg since 5 years, and now it's 55 kg suddenly. Should I do something about it?

You can, you just need some medicines and rest to relieve this spasm, after that you can exercise. And it is normal as due to lack of physical activity, a lot of people have gained weight during this year. For more guidance take a paid instant consultation. Hope that helps.
