Problems in mouth opening after rct. Doctor advised to take divon MR for muscle spasm.but no help at all.no pain in tooth.cant open my mouth widely

This could be due to prolonged mouth opening during the procedure . Complete the course of the medication provided . Do warm compresses  in the region to relieve your pain. Visit your dentist if the pain doesn't subside after completion of the course of medication .

Please continue the same for 5 days and gargle with warm salt water 4-5 times a day

This can happen because of prolonged mouth opening during procedure. Complete course of tablet as advices by your dentist. Start hot fomentation on affected area from outside. Wait for 3-4 days. Even after that it doesn't subside, visit your dentist again.
