I pulled a muscle 5 days back while I was folding clothes and moving from my dry area and bending a lot.i am ok if I apply volitra gel but can't bend quickly or get up and move quickly.i do a lot of household work before leaving for work and I have to slow down now on all to avoid making the pain worse. Please can you advise what I should do

Hi..since pain killers are only giving u symptomatic relief..I would advise that you meet with an orthopaedician who will assess you clinically and if needed suggest an x day and then prescribe you with the appropriate treatment
