Your problem could be due to reasons like compression of nerve at back or B complex deficiency.
Next Steps
You should check for your B complex level and calcium levels. You should start doing pull-ups gradually if you are a beginner. Pull-ups should be continued for 120 days for good relief. You should include Ragi (finger millet) porridge in your daily intake. Avoid frequent staircase climbing. Avoid prolonged standing and sitting. Avoid lifting heavy weights. Avoid frequent bending activities.
Health Tips
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Neurophysician for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
