Please consult an Orthopaedic surgeon in your area who specialises in shoulder injury , and  Joint Replacement surgery. The shoulder is a special joint because it has maximum movements in all directions.

As you have had a serious shoulder history in past, got for cold therapy as well ultrasonic wave compressions around that shoulder and wax therapy do wonders, kindly go to a good physiotherapy clinic near you and then after few sitings itself you will be able to do things, as it takes time, just be patient and regular with the treatment
