Pain in my right wrist from last 10 days Tried using moov spray and a crape bandage Plz suggest something, Im also diabetic. No swelling, pains a lot though.

Dequervain / sprain . Hot fomentation and ointment application, anti-inflammatory medicines. Clinical evaluation will help.
