Muscle cramp & Fatigue

I have been experiencing fatigue since past several years. I also developed Restless Leg Syndrome(at night) and periodic shin pain from past 2 years and calf muscle cramp from past 6 months. I was vitamin B12 deficient. Doctor prescribed me B12 supplements and Evion LC. My issue is that I develop same symptoms 10 days after quitting medicine. How long should I take evion lc. I know that I can't overdose on B12 but how long am I supposed to take evion lc.

You could continue evion , along with magnesium sachets 400 mg daily If you have deficiency of vitamin B12 ,1000 micrograms of cyanocobalamin is recommended Check your calcium , magnesium and B12 levels If B12 is still low , recommended for intramuscular CYANOCOBALAMIN injections
