And can I take vitamim e vitamin c supplements with revital.

Halo dear , you need to go through contents atleast before you start any other supplements . Revital h already has enough vitamins and minerals . So any other suppliments are not needed.. 1 st of all I don’t know y u started this at this age ... is it has been prescribed by someone or else u r self medicating yourselves .

Taking Multivitamins and all supplementary are not natural I would like to suggest u eat natural diet and take your nutrition from the natural source
Because supplements have own side effects
if u facing problem like eating well still u feel down then u should consult a dietician because sometimes nutrition is not absorb well
U can take homoeopathy medicine also because it is natural and safe it increases your digestive power and give you energy by your natural foods
