Warts are viral infection. If not treated chances of spreading to local ares are there. Also this is related to your immunity. Contact spreading is also known. Get treated with RF cautery under dermatologist.

We generally remove the warts using RF cautery or laser. Important to prevent recurrence is to ablate the stalk and yet not have a visible scar. As your warts are mostly sessile, get them when they are still small.
Next Steps
meet a plastic surgeon or dermatologist.

If they are actually warts then you need to take treatment early as they may spread further. Best option is to get them removed. For that visit a dermatologist in your area.
