Can "Multiple sclerosis (MS)" be detected by brain MRI ? And if the disease is not appeared in a brain MRI does this eliminate the possibility of its existence ?

One of the primary diagnostic criteria of MS is a positive brain MRI. However a negative MRI by no means rules out MS. If you have any doubt get a detailed neurological evaluation.
