Hello sir.. It is better to do treatmet under LA rather than GA....because post operative complication will be more in general anesthesia…. we can done these both procedure in 2 appointments.... 1. get your teeth root canal treated and crown preparation can be done in the first appointment 2. do go for 3 rd molar extraction in the second appointment Stitches will be there for about a week after 3 rd molar removal....In that mean time the crown will gets ready...and during the suture removal crown can be fixed
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur consultation

Firstly.... Be fearless. U won't even feel the needle after a topical anesthesia is given before local anesthesia. Why do you want to complicate and go for GA. Don't forget-GA has side effects too. I would advise you to undergo the procedure one by one under LA only. It is possible but it is advisable not to do.
Next Steps
see your dentist and get it done
Health Tips
you can always go for a round of counseling to increase your will power for the procedure. donot worry

Why opt for GA and its possible  complications when you can stay completely safe and awake and admire the beauty of painless dentistry? Both -root canal treatments and 3rd molar extractions are almost painless when performed by experts. Go in for root canal treatments first followed by quick crown preparations with both the teeth for the crowns(post extraction, the sites take a few weeks to heal, during which mouth opening is difficult making it impossible to fabricate caps, which may increase the risk of fragile root canalled teeth to break or crumble ) After that, do the 3 rd molar extractions. You would need stitches mostly after that which would be removed after a week or 10 days, in which time your caps would be ready and can be cemented.
Next Steps
First Root canal and crown preparation, followed by 3rd molar extractions
Health Tips
Antibiotics are a staple post root canals and extractions.  Getting done with both in a single sitting would be sensible so that in 1 single course of antibiotics both the issues would be sorted in 1 go, ruling out unnecessary overdose.
