Multiple fibroids and endometriotic cyst

Multiple fibroids in uterus are there.Last year myomectomy has been done.Usg still shows multiple fibroids with endometriotic cyst.Tubular right adnexal cystic area likely to be Hydrosalpinx. I have attached USG pic.Please see. Is there any treatment and what are the precautions to be taken? Thanks in advance
