  4. Mucous poop. Why it is mucus poop?

My baby is 45 days old. He just take a feed of 5-10 min every 2hrs. He makes wet diaper more than 10 a day and poops 1 or 2 times a day. Today he poops mucus type of poop with yellow colour. My question is does the baby feeding sufficiently ? Why it is mucus poop? What concern should I take

Mucus is fine. And since baby is urinating a lot so feed is adequate. If doubt express the feed and give calculated feed for a day. And ull know

Greetings kindly feed the child every 2 hrly for atleast 20 min feed from one side at a time , passing stools is normal

Feeding every 2nd hrly is sufficient .
