The pics attached here do not appear to be of a mucocele. Firstly, this site is rare for a mucocele to appear. Then, the color is not consistent with that of a mucocele's. Get it examined by a good dentist. And if it appears to be a closed sinus, then get a sinus tracing done. Also, at times, some small objects may prick and also get enlodged in soft tissues without any knowledge and may keep showing up again and again. So, a proper evaluation along with an exploration, if needed, is required for you.
