MRI lumbar spine reveals disc desiccation with mild diffuse disc bulge and postero-central disc protrusion and posterior annular tear at L5-S1 level causing indentation of ventral thecal sac. Bilateral traversing and exiting nerve roots appear normal

For now Start with some anti inflammatory drugs With some pregabalin or nortriptalin at night Hot fomentations twice daily Continue for 7 days for now Strictly no physio and not forward bending no lifting heavyweights
