From the MRI report looks like a case for Knee replacement surgery but going by the fact that you say she is bed ridden then need to see her clinically regarding her level of activity, fitness for surgery & whether she is a proper candidate for the surgery

Her knee seems to be in advanced stage of osteoarthritis. That's y she is not able to walk at all. I need xrays of both knees if possible in standing position. She will require total knee replacement surgery but need to evaluate her clinically. Plz make a visit at my clinic
