MRI Left knee

Please look at the MRI report. She is bed ridden and Can't walk without wheelchair. What should be the treatment?

Looking like a case of severe osteoarthritis , she may get relief and pain free walking after total knee replacement.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate your patient   in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep  a pillow under the knee. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.( back and lower limbs). --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. C. From the MRI report looks like a case for Knee replacement surgery but going by the fact that you say she is bed ridden then need to see her clinically regarding her level of activity, fitness for surgery & whether she is a proper candidate for the surgery

Her knee seems to be in advanced stage of osteoarthritis. That's y she is not able to walk at all. I need xrays of both knees if possible in standing position. She will require total knee replacement surgery but need to evaluate her clinically. Plz make a visit at my clinic
