you need to avoid chillies and spicy food.avoid constipation.an examination by surgeon will also be helpful. take vit d 60000 units weekly once for 2 months,get 20 minutes sunlight on exposed skin between 10 am to 3 pm and repeat vitamin d after 2 months. stay physically active
