Moving teeth

Because of pyorhiea, dentist cleaned my teeths on 29 july 2017 but i am having problem with 1 teeth , it is moving little bit. Tell me sir, will it tighten itself with help of brushing twice a day.

I don't know ur age sir.. but after chronic gum problems and with age.. teeth are are mobile generally do not get strong again. This is because the support apparatus of the tooth is slowly weakened and recedes .. If it is due to some kind of trauma.. there is a chance to tighten again with splinting provided there is no gum disease
