Movable lump on collarbone

When I rotate my left shoulder and raise my arm up a lump a bit smaller than a golf ball comes up on my collarbone then looks like it slides back under or behind my collarbone when I drop my arm, is this something to worry about? P.s. I play baseball and throw left handed if that helps.

This lump needs to be evaluated by a doctor and its characteristics need to be noted (size/shape/whether it is soft or hard/whether the skin over it feels warm or not, etc.)
Next Steps
Consult an Orthopaedic surgeon in person. If the lump is hard, get an xray. If the lump is soft, get an ultrasound done.
