I seen two and three pimple like sore is  not painless In My mouth past 2 weeks.why it's happen.it's serious

You said "it is not painless". Does it mean that it is painful? You have been having it for 2 weeks. Please consult an ENT specialist in your area. A mouth sore for two weeks may need biopsy.
