I hve been getting mouth sore at same place for past few weeks . There is pain whn it gets swelled up with red colouration . Recurrent episode happens whn I eat spicy food . It heals but there will some mild white colouration from which again it becomes sore when I eat such hot spicy food . Nw I'm applying choline salicylate . How to heal the white
