I am 24 yrs 10 months. It has been 3 weeks since my lower left wisdom tooth was extracted and even now my mouth opens only half the extent of what it would open naturally before the extraction. I am really getting worried now. Please help.

No need to worry. Mouth opening may be reduced for sometime after extraction as the muscles go into a spasm. Please do hot water gargles with salt and exercise your mouth by trying to open it little by little , many times in a day.
Health Tips
Within a week or so mouth opening will return to normal.
