Mouth full of ulcer and tongue is sore

Not a regular Alcohol consumer(I consume like twice a year in major party only), but did it on last Friday. By Saturday night my mouth was full of clustered small white ulcer.They are everywhere.They are in the inner linning of lips,below tongue and above tongue. Currently I am using becosules and Vitamin C tab twice a day.And zithrocare 500mg once a day.Also doing betadine mouth gargle. Medication has been done since 2 days, however there is no improvement in the condition. There is no medication history before that and my pulse and body temperature is normal.My age is 24 years. Please help, I am having trouble in eating food.

hello, apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. this will help to heal the ulcers. if they still persist, you need to consult a physician and get your vitamin B levels checked. if required take supplements for it.

You could try using Dologel c.t ,local application over the ulcers,a few minutes before having food,the gel will anesthesise the area and you can have food comfortably.usually an ulcer takes 4 to 6 days to heal,so you should wait,if it does not heal ,then visit a dentist,who will give you appropriate gels for faster healing.
