You history doesn't consists of all details. You didn't mention how much ia your Bp now or what tablets you are taking now for bp and asthma. For fever spike take Tablet Sinarest immediately  now and one tablet after food morning and evening tomorrow. Take lot of fluids like water juice without ice so that you don't get dehydration.
