I have always experienced motion sickness on hills and mountains. Last time when I went to mountains , I took meclizine but it didn't work, i puked so I want a better and more effective medicine

The suggestion to use Acetazolamide is clinically inappropriate. Acetazolamide is indicated for the prevention and treatment of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS), which is a hypoxic reaction to high altitude. The patient explicitly states she suffers from motion sickness (triggered by the physical motion of traveling on winding hills and mountain roads), which is a vestibular issue. Acetazolamide will not prevent kinetic motion sickness. Advice Tab. Cinnarizine 25mg OD 2 hour prior to journey
