Hello last month one day I found my stool in blood... End of stool dropping blood.. Bright blood.. Last 3 days also blood in motion Is it a cancer Are any idea

Blood at end of stool and fresh blood is typical of piles but if u have chronic constipation or altered bowel habits since months it can be signs of cancers too. A simple examination by a surgeon or gastroenterologist will solve dilemma So dont waste time
