Due to speed morphology the pregnancy outcome will not change . Abnormal sperm morphology or motility will cause I frtility and once you conceive it’s expected to be normal . Your gynaecologist will screen pregnancy definitely

If morphology of sperm is not good then that sperm will not cause pregnancy. Get the routine NT scan and detailed anomaly scan done at appropriate time for the current pregnancy
