Some Tips That Can Help You to Cure Mood Swings Keep a schedule and follow a routine for eating and sleeping. Exercise regularly to manage your overall health. Have a sound and sufficient sleep to prevent yourself from sleep deprivation. Always eat a healthy diet and manage your eating time accordingly. Avoid stress as much as you can. Be expressive to speak out about everything that is in your mind. It is always better to speak. Talk it out with either your friend, sibling or any professional counselor.

you have to find out precipitating life events ( if any) which might have initiated these symptoms.. then have to find a way to resolve the conflicts .. Though sometimes without any apparent reason also a person can feel these symptoms... either way consulting a psychiatrist is your best option to discuss further course of management

Loss of interest , irritable or sad mood , disinterested in interaction , may all point towards a mood related disorder ( e.g. depression) . Kindly contact a psychiatrist to get help.
