If the doctor has found pus  ,he is right to start antibiotic injection while continuing with oral antibiotic from different group.Get his blood investigation done along with chest xray and throat swab ,as his fever has not subsidised .

You are changing antibiotics rather fast. Please get his CBC done.  I will also like to get a throat swab culture done (someone has seen pus pocket on his tonsils).

According to your son's sign and symptom that he is suffering from some upper respiratory tract infection on  the throat area. You should do some test as Cough culture and Drug sensitivity test and CBC ESR CRPLFT to know the exact cause of any infection. Unnecessary antibiotic shouldn't given  without knowing the infection and correct antibiotic.
Next Steps
You should follow good life style as take plenty of fluid and take less spicy and fatty food and keep positive attitude to fight any disease and any problem of your life.
