I am observing a mole like spot under my eye, it is bulging out as if extra skin. In that area and looking odd. Please suggest. It is just at one place right now, under the eye. But I am worried if it might increase or bulge out with time. Please check in the picture.

There are two possible diagnosis here. It can be Xanthelasma which is fat deposition in your skin or it can seborrheic hyperplasia which requires retinoids application
