Mole at the back of my ear

I have had this mole at the back of my ear for many years (at least 10-12 years when I first remember but not sure). As it is close the where my ear joins the side of my face I have a bad habit of rubbing it that comes and goes. Off-late when I rub that area too much, it starts becoming a bit irritated and stingy while touching it. The mole has always been slightly raised as I've always been able to feel however, I'm not sure if it has become a bit bigger or I just think it might have or if it's irritated due to touching. Just wanted to confirm, I will be seeing my dermatologist in person in 2 weeks anyway so will also ask her to have a look then. Thank you!

Does not look serious. Looks like a normal mole. You can simply have it removed with a dermatologist. Irritation is there due to excessive skin friction so just moisturise the area and avoid scratching.
