Molar under gum skin

My molar (farthest from the incisors) is covered with gum skin from all-around and is giving me excruciating pain, restless/sleepless night. It has been like this for several years but the problem has for really severe in past 3 days. Kindly help

If it is last tooth I.e wisdom tooth,you should get an x-ray done & plan further.

It must be your wisdom tooth (third molar). It erupts btwn 18 and 28 yrs.. If it doesn't hav enough space to erupt or If it is blocked by bone or gum, it will giv severe pain. It has to be removed immediately

History reveals that it's a case of recurrent pericoronitis.Better you consult with your dentist for the needful.it might require extraction of the tooth.

Repeated trouble from wisdom tooth eruption needs to be checked because in severe cases it needs to be extracted as gums around the teeth keeps getting infected only if the teeth has not erupted properly. Meanwhile do warm salt water gargles and visit a doctor who would guide you better
