I have inflammation in the gum tissue covering my third lower molar. It's direction of emergence is normal. Is it necessary to remove it or can the tissue be removed so that the inflammation will stop?

Up to an extent inflamed gum tissue can be removed from your third molar area but you have to get it removed if there is infection underneath
