Moderate to severe spinal canal stenosis

My mRi report Imaging Findings:- There is loss of normal lumbar lordosis with straightening of spine. There is loss of normal hyperintense signal on T2W images noted involving L5-S1 lumbar intervertebral discs - suggestive of desiccation. Schmorl nodes seen at superior endplate of L4 and inferior endplate of L3 vertebral body. L5-S1: Posterocentral disc protrusion noted causing moderate to severe canal stenosis (7mm) and bilateral lateral recesss narrowing. Bilateral Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy also seen.

Avoid forward bending activities, lifting weights and jerks to back for 3-6 weeks Physical therapy IFT For 1 week and stretching exercises to back after pain subsides
