My second molar have a mobility and also have cavity I am filling it when I chew food more force to may cause pain but after some time it automatically relief

Since your telling you have cavity then that might be reason for the mobility because if cavity is too big and if there is an abscess then you will have mobility Get a x ray done to check the extent of caries and also apical infection present If it's due to infection then mobility will subside after root canal treatment

First of all v have to see the mobility... If it is grade 1 then v can try to make it stable but if it is grade 2 or 3 then v can extract and try to give bridge depending upon the situation
