Missing front upper teeth

My baby girl 1.6 years old has one teeth missin in upper front but all other teeth r normal only the front teeth out of two one is missing is this any problem pls suggest

Hello, Upper front tooth erupt by 7 to 8 months and you can wait 3 months after this. If she is 1.6 yrs then it is of concern. You will have to get x ray done . To check whether there is the tooth in lacking eruption. Or the tooth is missing only . It may also effect the occlusion, and also the permanent dentition.
