Missed periods Beta HCG 3.60

Today is 36th day since my LMP and serum beta HCG is 3.60 already had 2 missed abortion and 2 chemical pregnancy losses. AMH: 3.17, TSH normal genetic testing of both of us was normal ACLA, APLA all normal usually have a cycle of 28 days worried. Kindly help

On 36th day of the period if your B HCG is 3.60 then most likely you are not pregnant. Please get USG done and go for definitive treatment.

It means pregnancy is negative … wait for 3 to 4 days if periods don’t come then get a consultation for medicines for withdrawal bleeding and treatment for repeated abortions
