Missed period above 7days and tested -ve
I had my last period is on October 15 th and today is November 20
I had severe back pain ,headach , some times breast pains ,frequent urination and urge ,little cramps on both sides of lower abdomen which i never experienced before period and made a home pregnancy test today nov 20 and then result is -ve

You should get your beta HCG level done. That is more sensitive and confirmatory than urine pregnancy test.
