Missed abortion bleeding

My wife had D&C after missed abortion on 24th Jan. Bleeding continued and hence did scan and found RPOC 3CM.  After that doc gave methotrexate injection on 14th Feb and big clot passed on 19 feb. Did scan on 24 Feb still .9 cm  RPOC. Bleeding happening intermittently. Attch scan report. Please suggest what to he done.

Hi Have seen reports. Clot is 9x6 mm...not cm. Can be removed with medicine. No need for d and c.
