If you missed ur regular period than do urinary pregnancy test with morning sample was negative than no worries abt pregnancy.
U can take medicine for withdrawal bleeding.

You said that your period expected date was 20 April. You also said that you are having bleeding and discharge now.
It is quite possible that you could have conceived and you had an early abortion.
You should get a sonography done. It may have to be followed by a D&C.

Get an ultrasound done to find out the reason for the pain
Go for a pregnancy test if you are sexually active if not you can take a medicine to help you get your period
