Miscarriage or not need answer report

What's the reason for miscarriage.. How to know the baby alive. Is this is mandatory to hear heart sound  in 8 week or can be develop later. Reports are attached and pls help me to give correct information as I m out of india. Pls give suggestion what to do?pls tell me after seeing the report the baby is alive or not. I need solution without paid consulting.. If any doctor kind hearted pls help me.. Is it boy or girl?

There are multiple reasons for a miscarriage You need investigations to find out You can get an ultrasound done to find out of the baby is alive or not Yes after 7 weeks you should get an ultrasound done to look at the heartbeat A heartbeat is something which is you look in real time cannot be seen in pictures Sex determination on an ultrasound in India is illegal and asking for it can land u up behind bars
