Its been six months since mirena is inserted, still getting usual periods every month with no pain, but doctor said amenorrhoea occurs with mirena. In usg, mirena is in correct position. When can I expect periods to stop (amenorrhoea) with mirena?

No periods might occur in mirena , it is a side effect and not effect of mirena , periods come normally in most people.
