Suffering from heavy bleeding and severe period pain since childhood. no medicine worked so far.gone through hysteroscopy and biopsy for fibroid and cysts.no such issues. Will Mirena IUD work?

If you are 46 years old, have heavy periods and severe pain during periods, and have fibroids then why are you wasting your time and money? You should go for Hysterectomy.
