Hi I am feeling dizziness in mind while waking up or while sleeping from last 4 days. Feels heavy in mind entire day. Bp is also not normal. Its 125/64. I am athletic person.weight is normal. 76kg and height is 6. I am drinking a lot of water.but still no good result. I have attached the prescription. Please guide me.
