At wat age milk tooth start falling, my son is 4 yr 4 month bt still none of his milk tooth has broken.pls advise of that's normal

Hello dear Please be aware See it depends upon the type of shedding pattern.it normally shows variation from one to two years.however at 6 years of age teeth start sheeding because permanent teeth start erupting at this stage.for further details you can consult me on online mode Thanks

Ideal age is 6-7 yrs for incisors (first the lower ones followed by upper Also during this time, permanent incisors shall start appearing along with permanent 1st molars Rest will follow

Dear Patient First permanent teeth appears at 6 yrs . So the milk tooth falls around same time.  So don't worry. Hope this helps
