Mild raised PI and RI value left uterin

Hi, my wife is 37th week pregnancy. We had a growth scan today. In scan they have mentioned that, Mild Raised PI and RI value left uterine with diastolic notching.. We are unable to understand what is that exactly and will there be any risk?

You do not have to worry about that if baby growth is good and water levels around baby is normal.

follow regular antenatal checkup weekly, keep monitoring BP

Generally it means that there is some resistance to the blood flow in uterine artery. But the inference becomes ambiguous when it is "mildly raised at 37 weeks". At 37 weeks the baby can be delivered without any fear of  prematurity. You may discuss with your Gynaecologist regarding Non Stress Test and the need for Caesarean at 38 weeks.
