Mild pain throughout the day

My wife is feeling mild pain and heaviness in her right side of head,forehead, right eye and below to eye.She is facing it since four-five months. The neuro physician, on consulting,refereed to ENT/EYE surgeon saying that it is not related to neuro.ENT surgeon advised CTCNS and confirmed no sign of sinusitis eye is also found normal .Will anybody help me to advise or suggest in this regard.

Why didn't they prescribe medication if its not sinus headache. It could be a migraine or tension headache.
