II had a nose bleeding when I rub my nose one night because of polyps then I consulted a generalist who measure my bp and gave me telmisartan with an advice to consult an ENT because my nose was block and I cannot inhale freely. The ENT who check up my nose says I have polyps and need to be removed then he gave medication and asked me to return af
