I'm jay pathak knee mild joint effusion I have I had an injury of meniscus that is solved but this knee mild joint effusion has not solve it's still have swelling July 28 2017 I had surgery and now still effusion is there sir plz tell Me what to do can u please tell me it will clear through medicine but which and suggest me medicine Dr plz I want to. Be fine now I'm so frustrated with life please help me doctor

Get a repeat MRI to know the status of your knee.

Try applying ice packs locally over the knee. Perform quadriceps exercises. Medicines like enzomac and tendocare will help.
Next Steps
Try arthrocentesis if effusion does not resolve in 2 weeks.
